Ketogenic (Keto) diet

One of the fastest ways for you to lose fat and become more fit is to adopt a ketogenic diet. The one thing about a ketogenic diet is that there's really only one rule to how you eat, which is: You limit carbohydrates to between 20g and 50g a day so that you're body enters and stays in a ketogenic state where it burns fat for energy.

Most people that eat this way consume mostly meat and dairy to maintain a high fat, high protein diet that is low in carbohydrates. But, you can still do this diet on a vegan or vegetarian diet.
